We work with property management companies across the nations, and I have worked with ALPS for almost a decade. It’s a pleasure to work with Mike Ebert’s team because their business operates on super-efficient systems and processes. This makes it easy on their vendors - keeping our costs down - thereby reducing maintenance costs for ALPS’ homeowners. We highly recommend them to tenants and owners.

Our family has leased our home through ALPS since 2011. They are professional, supportive, and NICE! It is a family business. We started with father Rick, and now we work with his son Mike. This is a top-notch organization with a personal touch. What more could you want?

I am a landlord that has used ALPS for almost 8 years now and the main thing I look for in a company I do business with is honesty, integrity, and responsiveness. ALPS, and specifically my broker/agent Marc Witmer, embodies all these things. Highly recommended.

I got home Friday from work and it was 84° and climbing in the house, while the thermostat was set on 75. It’s a Texan’s worst summertime nightmare, the AC going out. I submitted my repair request online and quickly made arrangements to stay elsewhere for the weekend, not expecting to hear anything back until Monday morning. Much to my surprise, I received a call at 9:30 AM Saturday morning from an electrician asking if I was available, they could be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival, the friendly electrician quickly identied the problem, left to purchase a part, returned and fixed the AC unit within 1 hour! Needless to say, I am very pleased with not only the outstanding service of the electrician, but Alps as well. In my contract, it clearly states that a broken AC is an urgent matter, but not an emergency- therefore, it would usually be handled M-F. Alps went above and beyond my expectations by the expedient turnaround of this maintenance request.

I have been a tenant of Austin Landmark Property Services at my previous home I was renting and had a great experience with Marc! He not only is an awesome property manager, but is extremely fair, quick and efficient with a positive attitude at fixing any problems and truly cares for his tenants. I wish I could take him with me to my next property and will greatly miss him!

Pam and Marc were fantastic! I was needing a house quickly and had to put my faith in this company to get me into a good house for my dog and me. I moved down from Minnesota to Leander Texas. I did all the applications online and was able to sign and pay online as well. It was sight unseen(all I had to go on were the great pictures that they posted on Zillow and the ones they sent via email). I love the house and if I move to a different place later, I will definitely go with them first. Thank you for a great experience. By the way, I am Retired Navy and I have a great job at Dell. This is not an internal review. I have seen those and I am definitely not fake.

ALPS has done a great job of managing several properties for us. They've taken a lot of the headaches out of owning rental properties.
